Italy is a source of the best vegetables, spices, fruit and honey. These specialities from various growing areas inspired me to create Terrabianca Culinaria. With tomatoes from Apulia, mushrooms from Piedmont, basil from Liguria, small white onions from Emilia Romagna, chilli from Calabria, olives from Sicily and artichokes from Sardinia, I produce at Terrabianca together with my chefs, specialities for the demanding private consumer as well as for élite restaurateurs. I serve my vegetables in olive oil as appetizers. The possi- bilities for my sauces are almost unlimited. I employ our pure and flavoured cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil as salad dressing and as condiment for meat, cheese and pasta dishes. Our tureens are a real delicacy for connoiseurs, the fruit and honey an ideal basis for desserts. All my products are made without any preservatives and colouring agents.
